Our Process
We keep our process as fast and simple as possible so that you can secure your funding quickly. With minimal documents and a quick underwriting process, we can get you to closing quickly and efficiently. Here’s how our process works:
Step 1
Submit an Application
(Takes Less Than 5 Minutes)
Submit the Application form online and one of our funding experts will provide a funding amount within within 24-48 hours and call to discuss your goals for funding.
Step 2
Document Collection
If the real estate checks out, your funding expert will provide you with a Term Sheet with our best rates and terms for your project, at which point we will collect any LLC, personal, or project documents needed to bring you to closing.
Step 3
Closing
After all the necessary documents are collected and the property title is clear, you can close on the property and collect your funding.
Step 4
Payoff
At the end of the funding term, it’s time for you to sell or refinance your real estate to pay off the full amount funded. If additional time is needed to sell the property or complete your refinance, you can request an extension of your funding transaction.
